The team you'll be joining :

Our brand new Audit & Advisory team aims to unearth hidden potential within Doctolib’s operations and processes, while ensuring adequate risk management and oversight. We'll expect from you to contribute to delivering value to our teams, products and our users !

What you’ll do

The largest variety of topics and assignments you can imagine within Doctolib! As part of the team, you will be assigned on short term missions (usually around 4 weeks) to analyze and review specific processes or activities, ranging from finance to customer services and from HR to IT, security or product. Indeed, the missions of the Audit & Advisory team cover the whole Doctolib, including all activities, all processes and all countries.

Believe in your intuition, while making sure you are fact-based and analytical! When you embark on a mission, you may need to discover or understand brand new topics or activities. Having an open mindset and the will to learn new things each day are key! Your intuition and expertise will help you to zero in on main issues, helping you to keep an adequate perspective and sometimes unearthed unexpecting findings. But then it is time to analyze facts and data, to support your assessment. All of your assessments and recommendations will feed a report and an action plan, delivered to relevant stakeholders, ExCo members and the Risk & Audit Committee.

Expect a lot of interactions! The overall goal of a mission is to assess the efficiency and integrity of a process or an activity. To do so, you will interact with all people involved in the reviewed perimeter, from business owners to high level managers. This will allow you to understand how things are done, but also stakeholders’ expectations as well as potential ways to improve.

Workload predictability, with a thrill! Missions usually follow an annual plan, giving visibility on the work plan. However, in response to crises, ah hoc missions can be triggered to ensure an adequate and rapid response. As part of the team, you will of course contribute to establish the annual missions plan.

With a lot of power… The Audit & Advisory team is young, and you will be the second one to join. Expect important responsibilities, including shaping the team and strengthening its internal processes. Working with the Audit Senior lead and the Risk & Audit Director, you will directly contribute to the development of this new function within Doctolib.
