What makes our ride unique?
🤝 Our culture and strong values.
💪 Our career development philosophy.
🤝 Our commitment to being a force for good.
We have a vision: Building the largest marketplace in your city, to give access to anything in minutes. And this is where your ride starts.
YOUR MISSION
You’ll design scalable integrations, automations, and data flows (Python + SQL) that eliminate manual work, improve accuracy, and allow us to run more complex and personalized lifecycle campaigns. A key part of your work will be to define and optimize rider segmentations, ensuring that every flow and campaign targets the right audience with the right message. By building these foundations, you’ll enable the team to operate at scale with less effort and more impact.
You will also analyze the performance of our CRM campaigns, flows, and segmentations, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to improve activation, conversion, retention, and ROI. In addition, you’ll provide light support on performance marketing reporting and insights, ensuring alignment across channels when needed.
Your ultimate goal is to make every rider interaction smarter, every internal process leaner, and every campaign more precisely targeted — fully aligned with Glovo’s vision: to give everyone easy access to anything in their cities.
THE JOURNEY
- Design, build, and maintain integrations and automations in Python & SQL to connect our CRM with other systems (internal tools, rider app, external providers).
- Develop and manage robust data pipelines that ensure a reliable, accurate, and timely flow of information across platforms.
- Design, test, and refine rider segmentations, enabling more personalized and impactful lifecycle communications.
- Monitor and analyze CRM campaigns and flows across channels (email, push, in-app, SMS), tracking key KPIs (activation, conversion, retention, ROI) and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Run A/B tests and experimentation to measure impact, validate hypotheses, and continuously optimize lifecycle strategies.
- Optimize rider lifecycle communications and campaigns, ensuring the right message is sent at the right time, through the right channel, with maximum efficiency.
- Build dashboards and visualizations that empower the team to monitor performance and spot improvement opportunities at a glance.
- Act as a data & integration partner for stakeholders, translating operational, marketing, and growth needs into technical solutions that enable better decision-making.
- Continuously identify gaps and opportunities in our CRM strategy, proposing improvements that balance automation, efficiency, growth, and rider experience.
