In the AV Team, we aim to offer Personios the best Audio Visual tools to empower seamless, high-quality communication and enhance collaboration. As our Audio Visual Specialist, you will support a variety of events and technology initiatives, ultimately enabling our users to do their best work through audiovisual communication tools.

• Audio visual equipment setup and maintenance: set up, test, operate and maintain all audio visual equipment in our locations. This includes all space types, from small video conference rooms to large event spaces.

• Event support and operation: coordinate and support AV requirements for events, meetings, conferences, or presentations, ensuring seamless operation of audio visual equipment during these events.

• Technical support: provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues with AV equipment, and offer guidance on proper usage.

• Audio visual design and fit-out projects: coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure AV requirements align with project needs and ensure a smooth delivery of projects, from Initiation to Closing.

• Documentation and reporting: maintain accurate documentation of AV setups, user guides, issues, repairs, and provide reports as required.

• Innovation: maintain a strong focus on alternative, better processes and technologies to ensure the continuous offering of state-of-the-art technology and support.

• Ability to maintain a high level of customer service, to ensure users always have the AV solutions necessary to stay productive.

• Strong knowledge and experience with Web Conferencing Solutions, ideally Zoom Rooms and Google Meet.

• Comfortable with complex AV systems for live events: audio mixing, live camera operation, vision mixing and switching concepts . 

• Familiar with AV Control systems such as Q-Sys Crestron, AMX, Q-Sys.

•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong focus on proactive delivery of high quality results

• Understanding of basic concepts of computer networks and AV over IP protocols

• Some video editing experience in Adobe Premiere / DaVinci Resolve or other industry preferred software

• Willingness to travel to other Personio offices
