We are looking for a B2B Business Development Manager for our ambitious team in Amsterdam. Working in the Growth marketing team, you will be a key driver in scaling our revenue expansion efforts in the Benelux. From expanding strong relationships with our product sampling and recipe integration partners, to building new relationships with partners selling them both digital and physical advertising placement packages. As Senior Sampling & Partnerships Manager you possess excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills, are able to operate independently, taking full control and responsibility for meeting business and partner goals. 

This role involves collaborating with local and global cross-functional teams, managing legal and brand feasibility, logistics, developing strategic sales plan and tracking campaign performance while keeping a keen eye on market trends and opportunities. 

 

🥑 This is how you’ll make an impact

  • Identify key growth opportunities within our local and global partners network as well as scoping, developing and launching new key partnerships opportunities. 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with sampling and recipe integration partners and advertisers. Understand their needs, objectives, and pain points, and provide tailored solutions. 
  • Prepare and negotiate partnership proposals and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions as well as alignment with HelloFresh company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to local and global senior management.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue and achieve sales targets across various channels, ensuring alignment with company goals. 
  • Oversee all aspects of campaign logistics, including product procurement, packaging, advertising, and distribution.
  • Work closely with marketing, brand, legal, procurement and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall HelloFresh company goals and ensure seamless campaign execution and fulfillment.

 

🍉 These are the ingredients you’ll bring to the team

  • 3+ years experience in Growth Marketing, Sales or Business Development. Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven ability to source, launch and expand successful partnerships with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong network in FMCG and media agencies, to ensure easy access to potential partners that are suitable for HelloFresh, is a big plus.
  • Strong project management skills with an eye for detail and the ability to naturally prioritize projects.
  • Data-driven mindset with a proficiency in sales analytics with a passion and aptitude for solving problems
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making, a structured way of working and aptitude for solving problems
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate complex client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English - written and verbal. Fluency in Dutch and/or French is a plus.
