TWAICE In-Life Analytics enables players in Energy and Mobility to master the transition to an electrified future. Our SaaS products uncover previously unavailable information which permits our clients to gain actionable insights into the single most valuable and challenging component inside all these applications: the battery.  For our continuously growing backend we are looking for a passionate Backend developer with experience in Python programming and in working with AWS. As part of our engineering team, you will play a key role in designing and implementing robust backend solutions. Your expertise in handling big data and proficiency in building production-ready applications will be crucial as we continue to grow and extend our platform together with you. If you love to collaborate with engineers with all kinds of skills to solve technical challenges in a cloud platform that is growing bigger every day, we would love to have you on board. 

• Implementing features for our SaaS battery analytics platform for ingesting battery field data, calculating & predicting battery conditions and presenting it at large scale 
• Successfully delivering customer value as a team member of our agile team 
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on designing, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, debugging, and optimizing the application for maximum speed and scalability - You build it, you run it! 
• Closely collaborating in a cross-functional team of Frontend, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, Battery/Machine Learning Engineers, Product Manager & UX Designer to jointly develop & deliver the best possible products to our customers  

• You have degree in Computer Science or a related field 
• You have 1+ years of relevant experience of backend software engineering in the field of building applications and microservices in Python  
• You have solid programming background and ability to write clean, structured and tested code 
• You have experience with running your code in the cloud 
• You are a strong self-driven engineer, you aren’t afraid talking to stakeholders and teammates, come up with balanced and reasonable proposals together with the team  
• You are fluent in English 
• You have interest in new Technologies & building a great SaaS Platform 
• Your experience with Frontend development is a plus
