THE CHALLENGETake-Two Interactive is seeking a Benefits Analyst in Canada to join the North American Benefits team. As a Benefits Analyst at Take-Two Interactive you will support the company's Canadian operations including day-to-day plan administration and responding to enquiries and requests from the team.
WHAT YOU’LL TAKE ON
- Benefits operations - day-to-day administration and analysis of the Company's Canadian benefit plans and programs, such as supplemental health and welfare plans, employee and family assistance programs, RRSP & DPSP, and perks. Responsibilities include processing enrolments, changes, and terminations on a day-to-day basis
- Time Off & Leaves operations – day-to-day administration of the Company’s Canadian time off and leaves programs. This includes coordinating various types of leaves such as vacation, sick leave, and parental leave, ensuring compliance with company policies and provincial and federal regulations
- Respond to inquiries in Benefits and Leaves email inboxes. Respond quickly, accurately, and thoroughly to employees’, HR Partners’, and vendors’ questions, correspondence, and complaints; resolve problems, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements
- Process employee benefits events and maintain benefits data in HRIS and vendor systems
- Record and track each leave in HRIS, calculate paid leave benefits for Payroll processing, and serve as a liaison between HR Partners and Payroll
- Conduct testing and auditing in HRIS and vendor systems, and maintain reports
- Conduct new hire benefits orientation
- Coordinate webinars that are presented by vendors
- Provide administrative and ad-hoc project support to Benefits team
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3 years of benefits administration experience with mid-size or large, multi-province benefit plans
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally, with strong client focus
- Experience configuring benefit plans in HRIS and sending integration files to benefit plan vendors
- Experience with leaves and benefits administration systems and HRIS
- Knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial regulations, filings, and compliance requirements related to employee benefit programs, time off, and leaves
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to stay organized, set priorities, learn quickly, and inspire confidence
- Ability to complete multiple projects within established deadlines and work well under pressure
- High level of proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS; Workday experience is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Work well in a team environment
