Benefits Manager
About the role
Deliveroo is looking for an experienced Benefits Manager to lead our global Benefits strategy and develop innovative and impactful Benefits programs that support our Employee Value Proposition. This role will have full responsibility, from design to execution, for all Benefits for the UK, as well as setting the strategy and direction for all global Benefits. This role will be reporting into the Head of Reward this and be based in Cannon Street on a hybrid working (3 days per week) basis.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the development of a comprehensive long-term global benefits strategy for the company, working cross-functionally with HR, DEI and People strategy teams
- Design and develop impactful benefits and wellbeing programs that align with our reward philosophy and maximise value for our employees
- Oversee and administer all UK employee benefits programs, including ongoing administration, tools and technology, employee communications, annual budgets and renewals
- Oversee relationships with benefits vendors; negotiate pricing and service agreements, monitor performance and resolve issues directly
- Perform regular market research and benchmarking, and analyse data and trends in order to evaluate Deliveroo's market positioning and benefits offerings
- Build reports and models to forecast global benefits spend and inform global benefits budgets
- Partner with global HR business partners to ensure local benefits programs are aligned to the global benefits strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- HR Experience in Total Rewards in a multi-national in-house employee benefits management role or benefits consulting
- High levels of proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets with the ability to analyse data and build models and reports,
- Proven vendor management experience, including experience negotiating contracts and evaluate performance. Particular experience working with benefits management platforms, brokers and consultants, pension and healthcare providers.
