About the role

As a Business Intelligence Content Development Intern, you’ll work within our Curriculum team to review and improve our content library. Your focus will be on our expansive Power BI, Tableau, and Excel content, acting as a reviewer, thought partner, and, most importantly, an advocate for our learners.

This internship is a full-time paid developmental opportunity where you will learn by doing! The position is ideal if you’re interested in business intelligence, and online education and would like to learn more about teaching these topics to thousands daily. 

Responsibilities
  • Improve and support extending our library of Business Intelligence courses, projects, and practice pools. 
  • Ensure live courses are up-to-date and of the highest quality
  • Develop and refine processes to accelerate content management and be a voice for our learning community.
The ideal candidate
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal
  • Strong SQL and Data manipulation skills
  • Experience working with enterprise-level tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and Excel
  • Actual teaching or mentoring experience is preferred
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and tools
  • Very organized and process-oriented
