✅The Role
We are seeking a data-driven and finance-savvy Business Intelligence Manager to support our FP&A team in a high-growth SaaS environment.
In this role, you will lead the development of scalable reporting, analytics, and forecasting solutions that empower stakeholders with visibility into core SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and NRR.
You will own the finance data layer in Snowflake and drive Looker-based insights that directly impact strategic planning and performance management.
This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone with strong technical BI skills and deep understanding of SaaS business models.
✅Responsibilities and Duties
- Design, build, and maintain Looker dashboards and LookML models focused on SaaS-specific KPIs: ARR, MRR, churn, gross/net revenue retention (GRR/NRR), bookings, CAC, LTV, and customer cohorts.
- Own and optimize financial and revenue-related data models within Snowflake, collaborating closely with FP&A, RevOps, and Data Engineering.
- Integrate data across systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Billing Systems) into unified, accurate reporting views.
- Support monthly and quarterly FP&A reporting cycles with automated, drillable dashboards and variance analyses.
- Translate complex financial logic into scalable SQL transformations and LookML layers aligned with SaaS metrics and GAAP principles.
- Drive automation of executive and board-level reporting packages with a focus on strategic insights.
- Collaborate with senior finance and business leaders to support scenario modeling, customer segmentation, and forecasting.
- Ensure strong data governance and alignment on metric definitions across departments.
✅Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in BI, data analytics, or FP&A, with a focus on SaaS business models and subscription-based revenue.
- Deep expertise in Looker, including complex LookML development and visualization best practices.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience modeling large datasets in Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS financial and operating metrics and how they tie into business performance.
- Experience working with financial and revenue systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executives.
