Billing Analyst

This role will work with both the billing and cash applications groups within our accountsreceivable team to provide agility and support to both groups, when the need arises. This rolewill also assist with weekly and monthly reporting as well as assisting with UAT on processimprovement projects.Responsibilities● Create accurate invoice and credit memos for customers in an efficient manner,providing support for troubleshooting customer issues and leading communications toresolve issues● Maintain and update customers' records such as bill to and ship to information, customerdistribution lists, email aliases, and general contacts● Assist in customer portal registrations, maintain log in details, and update as needed● Submit invoices to Coupa, Ariba, and other customer required e-billing systems● Provide customers W-9, Banking information, ordering documents, T&E receipts andother information as needed● Create stand-alone invoice/ credit memo, as needed● Monitor case queue throughout the day for timely response to customers and internalstakeholders● Demonstrates good knowledge in resolving customer or internal stakeholder issues oninvoices. Investigate and resolve basic to advance billing discrepancies and disputes incollaboration with internal stakeholders, such as sales, and customer service● Assist in month end activities, performs month end reconciliations● Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications● Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or accounting, or equivalentexperience.● 2+ years experience in a finance related role, with experience in either cashapplications, billing or both preferably with a high-growth SaaS company or softwareindustry● Experience with Excel● Salesforce and NetSuite knowledge are a plus● Ability to work independently and move fast, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic and fastchanging environment● Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating successfully with diverse cross-functional teams
