The Challenge 

We are looking for an experienced Billing Analyst to address billing and collection issues with a customer-centric approach efficiently. This role is crucial in creating the best billing experience for OneTrust customers while identifying and driving A/R process improvements. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in their function and a highly effective communicator who is organized, efficient, forward-thinking, and able to work autonomously.

Your Mission 

• Upload invoices against POs in customer portals as needed and manage all customer portal-related queries.
• Process customer billings (recurring, one-time, and professional services) and verify invoice accuracy, completeness, and timelines.
• Review and respond to inquiries promptly to meet SLAs.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries related to billing disputes, ensuring timely escalation to the appropriate parties.
• Perform miscellaneous duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

You Are 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in customer portal management, billing, and accounts receivable.
• Experience with Salesforce, including CPQ and associated systems, and Workday Financials is highly appreciated.
• Experienced in a subscription-based business preferred.
• Skilled in customer/vendor portal management/vendor registration.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment, is well-organized and is able to prioritize tasks based on their importance to the business.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with standard business hours, however, overtime support may be required during monthly activities. 

Extra Awesome

• Building, developing, documenting, and maintaining process workflows
• Experience in handling customer portals – Ariba, Tungsten, Taulia, Coupa
