Similarweb is seeking an exceptional Billing Information Systems Specialist who possesses strong analytical capabilities and a passion for streamlining processes. 

This role carries significant influence, supporting an operational department and contributing to crucial business initiatives. As a Billing Information Systems Specialist, you will closely collaborate with multiple strategic departments to provide support and implement key projects and processes, including Quote to Cash and other billing functions across various information systems. Your focus will involve optimizing processes and introducing innovative solutions to enhance the overall efficiency and accuracy of billing workflows.

What does the day-to-day of a Billing Information Systems Specialist at Similarweb look like:

• Identify opportunities for operational improvements within the billing department and Quote to Cash process,  taking them from start to finish while ensuring successful outcomes.
• Address daily operational needs related to billing, including bug identification and resolution in the billing system and relevant integrations.
• Hands-on system configurations to support billing systems and adapt to business and product changes.
• Collaborate with Information Systems teams and service providers to define and implement systems and work processes
• Create testing scenarios, and perform QA for system changes and bugs
• Provide support for strategic business initiatives that impact billing systems and processes.

What will you bring to the team:

• Detail-oriented and methodical approach to problem-solving, coupled with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Outstanding computer skills and a tech-savvy mindset.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant operational experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing or finance ops, sales, business operations, or project management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Netsuite, SFDC and billing software. Zuora is a plus!
• Experience working in a global (SaaS) company - an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, exhibiting strong team player qualities.
