YOUR MISSION

As a Billing Operations Analyst at Glovo, you will manage the full end-to-end invoicing cycle, ensuring every transaction is completed with high accuracy and on time. You will maintain meticulous billing records, provide timely and precise data to stakeholders, and actively contribute to process improvements through KPI analysis. Your dedication and attention to detail will be crucial for the smooth and efficient operation of our financial processes.

THE JOURNEY

• Manage the full end-to-end invoicing cycle, including invoice generation, payment processing, and ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update billing records, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and quality for reporting purposes.
• Provide timely and precise data and reports to stakeholders, supporting their reconciliation requirements.
• Participate in periodic KPI analyses and contribute recommendations for improvement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• More than 2 years of experience in billing, financial analysis, or other related fields.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
