YOUR MISSION

Join Glovo’s Live Ops team as a Cost Controlling & Accounting Intern and take a hands-on role in maintaining and even improving the different financial processes we execute at our department. You’ll support our teams and BPOs to ensure everything runs smoothly when it comes to invoicing and cost allocation. This is a unique chance to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced environment, participating on high-impact tasks that combine operations, financial planning and accounting. If you're detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn by doing, we’d love to meet you.

THE JOURNEY

  • Contact and obtain Providers pre-invoices on time
  • Extracting raw data from tools for monthly reports (orders, CR, FX...)
  • Validate BPO costs with each Country Manager and allocate costs accordingly
  • Register PO in the system and track monthly expenses
  • Maintaining cost-tracking spreadsheets/Update financial reports
  • Consolidating actuals from different sources (accounting vs. performance management) for budget vs. actuals and reconciling small inconsistencies

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Degree or education in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar
  • Proficiency in Excel: proven experience using complex formulas and models (Montecarlo, etc)
  • English C1 or bilingual
  • Nice to have: previous experience in invoicing management
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and delivering results in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Eager to listen, learn, and grow in a setting that offers both big opportunities and real responsibility.
  • Strong communicator who can understand diverse perspectives and help find practical, impactful solutions.

Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas. Even if it seems you don't meet our musts don't let it stop you, we are all about finding the best talent out there! Skills can be learned, and embracing diversity is invaluable.

We believe driven talent deserves:

  • 🍔 Monthly Glovo credits to satisfy your cravings!
  • 🏊 Discounted gym memberships to keep you energized.
  • 🏖️ Extra time off, the freedom to work from home two days a week, and the opportunity to work from anywhere for up to three weeks a year!

This is why we are committed to providing equal opportunities to talent from all backgrounds - all genders, racial/diverse backgrounds, abilities, ages, sexual orientations and all other unique characteristics that make you YOU. We will encourage you to bring your authentic self to work, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels heard.
