Brand Campaign Manager (all genders)
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team in Berlin. In this role, you’ll lead efforts to boost brand awareness and audience engagement through innovative and compelling campaigns. With a focus on top-of-the-funnel initiatives, you’ll ensure that our campaigns connect meaningfully with our target audience, leaving a lasting impact. You’ll collaborate closely with the digital, PR, creative, content, social media, and paid media teams to align on campaign objectives, promoting a unified strategy where all teams work toward common goals.
Your responsibilities- Campaign Strategy Development: Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and attract new customers, thoughtfully tailored to specific market segments.
- Execution Oversight: Take charge of campaign execution and monitoring, ensuring all initiatives align with Urban Sports Club’s guidelines and brand standards. Be ready to take hands-on approach when needed, ensuring smooth delivery and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Multi-Channel Coordination: Coordinate campaigns across various platforms, from social media and digital ads, to print, and out-of-home, ensuring a cohesive message that reaches our audience everywhere they are.
- Creative Collaboration: Brief in-house creative teams to bring campaign concepts to life in alignment with our brand goals and audience.Partner with creative teams to develop campaign materials (videos, photos, social media posts), that authentically reflect our brand’s look and feel. Ensure campaign messaging builds our brand story and values while keeping visuals and tone consistent across materials.
- Urban Sports Club Shop Support : Oversee the promotion of the Urban Sports Club shop, coordinating orders, introducing new products, and implementing marketing initiatives to drive sales.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and optimise campaigns in real-time to maximise reach and engagement, adapting based on audience response.
- Post-Campaign Analysis: Evaluate each campaign’s impact using metrics like reach, impressions, and brand sentiment, providing insights to fine-tune future strategies.
- Brand Partnerships and Event Support : Manage brand partnerships and assist with event activations, ensuring they align with our brand awareness goals and create meaningful connections.
- Market Research and Insights: Conduct research to uncover trends and preferences, helping our campaigns stay fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- 3+ years of experience in leading marketing campaigns ideally within the lifestyle industry.
- Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing strategies (OOH, digital, social media, email, events, fairs, etc).
- Experience collaborating with creative agencies and managing budgets.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and make strategic adjustments.
- Ability to stay current on industry trends, and adjust campaigns to market shifts
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure the effectiveness of the campaigns
- Excellent collaboration skills, particularly working with creative studios and managing partnerships.
