The Brand and Creative team at Betsson Group is a dynamic and innovative design studio committed to delivering creative solutions across multiple regions and brands. We're seeking a dedicated and organized coordinator to join our team. This role plays a pivotal part in optimizing our daily operations, enhancing our workflow, and ensuring seamless project execution. 

Job Description: 

Job Overview: Reporting to the Sr Brand Operations Manager, you will be responsible for organizing the workflow of our creative business, managing daily tasks, and continuously improving the efficiency of our design studio. Your role will include refining our workflow processes, maintaining the team's file management system, and ensuring that our designers have the tools and information they need to excel. 

Key Responsibilities:

Workflow Optimization: 

  • Continuously review, refine, and enhance the workflow within the design studio. 
  • Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, making necessary adjustments to streamline processes. 

File Management: 

  • Maintain an organized and efficient storage and file management system. 
  • Ensure that digital assets are properly labeled, archived, and readily accessible for the design team. 

Task Ownership: 

  • Take ownership of tasks from a project's organizational point of view, starting from the project brief to its successful completion. 
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other team members to ensure that tasks are on track and completed within deadlines. 

Resource Allocation: 

  • Allocate necessary resources, tools, and information to the design team, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed in their tasks. 
  • Monitor resource utilization to optimize efficiency. 

Collaboration and Communication: 

  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to enhance project coordination. 
  • Serve as a bridge between project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to resolve any workflow-related issues. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 
  • Previous experience in a workflow coordination or project support role, preferably within a creative or design studio. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in file management and storage systems. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. 
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
