Please note that we are an in-office company, which means the expectation is that you would come in to your Applied Intuition office 5 days a week.

About the role

As a Brand Design Lead, you will be responsible for evolving and executing on Applied Intuition’s brand language across a wide range of touchpoints. From digital touchpoints like our website, products and sales presentations to physical touchpoints like a booth at CES or an entire conference event (eg. Nexus and Intersect), you will define the creative direction that delights our audiences. You will collaborate closely with Design, Marketing, Sales, Product and leadership.

At Applied Intuition, you will:
  • Proactively drive the evolution of Applied Intuition’s brand, website, and design systems
  • Create original 3D brand imagery for Applied’s website and blog
  • Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of marketing collateral, such as brand identity, landing pages, print booklets, event booths, and more
  • Manage and elevate presentation resources for our global sales and product teams
  • Assist executive leadership with producing engaging communications for internal and external audiences (eg. board meetings, customer on-sites etc.)
We're looking for someone who has:
  • 5+ years of brand or visual design experience 
  • Portfolio that showcases world class design that up-levels the product and brand
  • Proficiency in creative software tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and the ingenuity to learn new tools to hack together a solution when needed
Nice to have:
  • Art direction experience
  • 3D skills (Dimension, Spline, Blender, Cinema4D, etc.)
  • Animation and video editing skills (After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Descript, etc.)

The salary range for this position is $131,000 - $172,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices.
