The role

Based in either Sydney or Auckland, the Brand Manager - HelloFresh New Zealand will report to the Associate Director Brand for Meal Kits ANZ, working as part of a small team that is responsible for HelloFresh Group's brand management.

You will…

  • Lead the development and execution of HelloFresh New Zealand brand plans (incl. budgeting)
  • Manage multiple stakeholder needs and ensure high quality creative delivered to deadline
  • Use insight led approach to work with creative agencies developing and implementing campaigns to achieve category and brand consideration objectives, key brand messages and other agreed KPIs
  • Manage the end to end creative production of campaigns liaising with both global and HelloFresh AU teams 
  • Integrate brand campaigns with the digital marketing team's activity (SEO, blogger outreach, paid social, native etc) to drive higher performance through A/B testing of local creative content
  • Work with media agencies to ensure the most efficient and effective media channels to drive brand objectives
  • Utilise learnings from previous activity, data from internal and external sources to develop and test hypotheses for all campaign activity 
  • Conduct analysis and produce reporting of each activity identifying impact on commercial results, against agreed KPIs
  • Support performance, CRM, direct sales and CX teams with customer focussed creative briefing to support brand messages and identity
  • Drive integration in the content calendar planning working closely with Creative and Marketing Communication teams locally and globally, and lead the production of brand content
  • Manage monthly budget forecasting
  • Manage external agency relationships with both creative and media partners. Building a collaborative mutually respective working partnership aligned to delivering the overall brand objectives

You have…

  • Extensive marketing knowledge, ideally brand and in a digital environment, with solid understanding of tailoring communication across channels to increase product uptake and brand consideration, balanced with a keen understanding of how to utilise data to inform planning and decision making
  • The ability to navigate a global organisation across multiple functions, products and teams
  • A structured approach to problem solving, including problem definition, hypothesis development, testing, analysis, evaluation of results and recommendation
  • Exceptional project management skills, with clear ability to deliver on time and to budget
  • Data literate and analytical skills

Duration: Permanent full time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia/New Zealand.
