ROLE MISSION
Working in partnership with our client, the Brand Marketing Manager will serve as the custodian of our client’s brand. The primary role is to develop and uphold the brand's image, personality, and promise, ensuring consistency and resonance with their target audiences. You will be responsible for designing and implementing our clients’ content strategy across the relevant digital touchpoints and across the digital customer journey. This is a key role within the team to boost the presence and visibility for our client within their sector.

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
Reporting to our Strategic Digital Lead, the Brand Marketing Manager will have experience working in a similar role (B2B experience a must) and will be confident in leading brand content campaigns (paid and organic) across multiple digital channels. You will be adept at creating engaging digital content with a strong understanding of how to target key audience groups. You will be accustomed to analysing user data and making informed decisions that result in continuous improvement across our client’s owned marketing channels (email, website and social). You will be part of a team of +30 and will work within the DCoE, where it will be your responsibility for contributing towards specific KPI targets.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
You’ll be responsible for creating and developing written and visual content to engage and convert relevant audiences. You will be an imaginative copywriter with the ability to produce effective marketing collateral (email marketing, website landing page content and social media posts). You will work with the rest of our Digital Centre of Excellence and our client's wider marketing team to develop content for successful marketing campaigns that will increase the awareness of our client’s brand. You will be strategically minded when it comes to planning and executing digital campaigns, alongside analysing engagement data and identifying trends in customer interactions.
WHAT IS REQUIRED:
- A passion for digital marketing and a solid understanding of how to connect with audiences via each digital channel.
- Creating / Refreshing our client’s online presence for new products and services.
- Identifying opportunities across the digital customer journey that is designed to improve customer experience and resulting in new leads and improved sales.
- Provide content for timely, relevant communications through designated mix of channels and work with the Marketing Managers to optimise the effectiveness of these communications.
- Evaluating and recommending new digital technologies that may be used for digital channel management efficiencies.
- Thorough understanding & experience of digital (PPC, SEO, online advertising) and direct marketing.
- The ability to strategically advice and influence on content creation.
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and the role that each digital channel plays.
- Business acumen and an understanding of budget management and forecasting when running digital marketing campaigns.
- Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Setting measurable goals for digital campaigns, measuring, and showing the ROI.
- Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools.
- Analyse competitor activity with a curiosity to learn about best practice.
- Experience of managing social media through scheduling platforms such as Sprout Social or Hootesuite etc. and experience of social media listening and sentiment analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex information in a simple and clear manner that is understandable.
- Maintain clear communication, expectations and timelines with internal teammates and external partners on deliverables.
- Detail-driven, self-starting, and critical mind with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Being part of a culture of test and learn and metrics-driven decision making.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office including intermediate/advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Working in a team of +30 across OLIVER (London) and our client (oversees).
- Potential overseas travel on adhoc basis.
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
- Results driven – creation of and delivery against business plans driven by growth targets.
- Confident working autonomously with partner or 3rd party agencies.
- Highly creative with excellent copywriting and visual marketing skills.
- Excellent presentation skills – both written and spoken.
- Events marketing experience.
- Experience in multiple industry sectors, B2B experience is a must.
- Relevant digital marketing experience in a similar role.
