YOUR MISSION

The way we manage our company is built on the belief that, by giving a WOW service to our brands, we will be able to change the on-demand delivery market. How are we doing this? By paying attention to small details. Glovo is a hyperlocal marketplace featuring the most trendy places in each city and delivers their products in less than 60 mins. As a Glovo Ads Team Lead, you will play a key role in the brand’s experience working and growing in Glovo.

THE JOURNEY

  • Lead and build a high-performing account management team.
  • Train and motivate the Account Management team.
  • Assure your team establishes excellent relationships with Glovo’s brands through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Brand meetings and business reviews).
  • Evaluate, follow up, and build reports of your team’s portfolio and KPIs periodically. Take action to reach your goals and company OKRs.
  • Help your team draw and execute plans, making your brands grow through, fixing the assortment basics, marketing activations within our different channels, overal sales growth.
  • Ensure that Glovo is working alongside the best possible brands.
  • Improve Glovo’s revenue by signing long-term visibility deals, renegotiating current conditions, and introducing new assets.
  • Understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive brands.
  • Improve operational execution with our brands by making sure we always deliver the best service to our brands and customers. 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • At least 4  years of experience in high-performance account management. Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred.
  • Team leadership skills and experience, at least 1 year.
  • Strong commercial and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals
  • Strong communication abilities with ability to influence and drive change.
  • Understand and contribute to the country’s strategy and P&L.
  • Effective English written and communication skills.
