As a Senior Full Stack Developer - Team Lead (we call it Technical Product Owner), you will help us to create, improve, and strengthen our website system, in order to support our vision of promoting sustainable tourism around the world. You will be an active member of a fun cross-functional team, responsible for developing our frontend framework as the manager of the Website-Team. This position is approx. 20% Manager duties, 40% project management and 40% development.

• Lead and develop your team (currently 3 members).
• Coordinate your team's priorities in a weekly Planning-Meeting.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders to understand their needs on the website and refine tasks for you and your team.
• Connect our Hasura (GraphQL) database to our Next.js frontend.
• Apply React.js best practices and its modern fundamentals like hooks, and typescript.
• Integrate responsive designs from our UI/UX designer to the website system based on Material UI (MUI).
• Work with GIT flow to publish your changes according to our Agile project management.
