The Global Supply Chain organization at Pure is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our Business Intelligence (BI) team. In this role, you will lead transformative projects, programs, and technical initiatives centered on Supply Chain Analytics and Automation.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…

  • Translate Business Needs: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their end-to-end challenges, translating them into data and analytics requirements to devise effective solutions with the development team.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process enhancements through data analysis and recommend strategies to boost business performance.
  • Enhance BI Systems: Assist in maintaining and evolving BI tools and systems to meet the growing demands of the business.
  • Leverage BI Tools: Utilize platforms like Tableau to analyze data, perform internal QA testing, and ensure the integrity of analytics solutions before release.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and effectively communicated.
  • Present Insights: Deliver findings and actionable recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Design Solutions: Develop flow diagrams that illustrate data flow and support business processes from a solutions perspective.
  • Facilitate Development: Act as a conduit between business and technical teams, driving requirement gathering, prioritizing needs, and coordinating solution design sessions.
  • Manage Testing and Deployment: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document processes, manage bug tracking, and ensure successful project deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Track Benefits: Support solutions in sustaining mode by tracking benefits and productivity gains post-implementation.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THIS ROLE… 
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or advanced certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Business Intelligence or digital transformation projects with a strong focus on process analysis and improvement.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM systems, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), data warehousing, and data modeling. Working knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Methodologies: Knowledge of SCRUM, business process management (BPM) methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN) is advantageous. Certified SCRUM Master and CBAP certification are highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of effective collaboration with business stakeholders and leaders.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and drive progress with minimal supervision.

You will be based in Santa Clara. As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.

The annual base salary range is: $119,000.00 - $179,000.00. 

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
