YOUR MISSION

Deliver impactful insights to our Food Partners, in order to fuel the growth of their delivery business.

THE JOURNEY

  • Analyzing Partners’ performance in terms of multiple KPIs: orders, GMV, ops metrics, ads & promo effectiveness and ROI
  • Giving data-based recommendations to fuel Top Accounts' growth on the platform
  • Building dashboards & trackers based on Google Sheets, and Looker (SQL is nice to have)
  • Attending meetings with Top Accounts together with Account Managers, to support their selling story with data-driven insights
  • Supporting Ads & Promo Lead in terms of building a set of tools, dashboard maintenance, measuring the effectiveness of Partners Ads and Promotions on the platform, recommending budget optimizations, spotting revenue opportunities, building and managing pipeline, co-creating segments strategy etc.

We’re not looking for a data scientist who will be extracting data from databases. We’re looking for a Business Consultant who will understand the business landscape and will be able to drive recommendations. 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 2-3 years of experience in consumer/shopper insights, category management, data analytics, or account management (with a proven record of analytical approach).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL (at least at an intermediate level).
  • Knowledge of Loocker or other Data visualization tools (nice to have).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Communicative level of English (B2 minimum) and Polish (C1) is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Good presentation skills building impactful selling stories based on multiple data sources.
