We are seeking a Business Application Analyst to design, implement, and optimize solutions that enhance HR and business operations at Yotpo. The role connects technology with people-centric business processes, ensuring the HR systems and other applications align with organizational needs.
What you'll do:
- Lead HR system implementations and customizations (e.g., recruitment, performance management).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration of HR systems with other business applications.
- Manage HR-related projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Create reports and dashboards to track HR metrics and business performance.
- Interpret business requirements and functional specifications in delivering software solutions meeting or exceeding client expectations
- Design, develop, test, and implement thoughtful solutions and applications to support business needs and align with industry best practices
- Identify technology-driven improvements to enhance employee experience.
- Ensure HR solutions comply with data privacy and security standards.
- Provide a full range of systems administration support.
What to bring:
- Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 1+ years of HR system administration or business analysis experience.
- Knowledge of HRIS and business technology processes; experience at integrating HR and business systems
- Data tools knowledge (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and data analysis skills.
