The Integrated Operations Team at Pure Storage drives profitable revenue growth & enhances productivity through best in class business partnerships, scalable innovation, process excellence, and maniacal execution. Reporting directly to the AVP, GTM Systems & Strategy within the Integrated Operations (IOPS) Team, this position will be focused on representing and driving requirements for Pure Storage's Go-To-Market (GTM) Teams in collaboration with the Digital Transformation Group (DTG) and IT on major systems initiatives, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Subscription Services.

SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

  • Represent and drive requirements for Pure’s GTM Teams in partnership with DTG/IT (Digital Transformation Group) on major systems initiatives including CPQ and Subscription Services. Gather field input, summarize and incorporate requirements and process changes and also play key role in rollout in partnership with Enablement for major releases
  • Document and optimize processes for existing GTM motions as well as supporting Pure's growth areas of subscription offerings (recurring revenue)
  • Identify and integrate appropriate AI technologies (machine learning, natural language processing, etc.) into existing and new systems.  Monitor and evaluate the performance and adoption of AI solutions
  • Support prioritization and feedback into large projects prioritized by Pure’s PRB (executive level Project Review Board).  Understand and advocate for impacts and implications for Seller Experience and GTM Systems strategy
  • Research and implement innovations such as Automation to improve Seller experience including Digital Adoption technologies
  • Partner with the GTM Systems business analyst team and IT architects to scope and deliver system implementations, enhancements and large projects
  • Represent the interests of Pure business groups (e.g., Finance, Renewals, Product Management, Sales Management, Sales Ops, Legal, etc.) in supporting their businesses across sales applications
  • NOTE: THIS IS NOT A DEVELOPER ROLE. Skills you may have in this area are valuable, but development efforts will be performed by our IT team

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • 15+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Sales background preferred, must have experience designing, implementing and enhancing CPQ and Subscription systems
  • Ability to work independently and respond rapidly in a constant evolving business environment
  • Demonstrated experience and history of driving projects from start to finish

You will be based in Santa Clara. As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.

The annual base salary range is: $182,000-$291,000.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
