As a Business Automation Manager at Peter Park, you will be instrumental in optimizing our workflows, implementing cutting-edge automation tools, and leveraging technology to streamline operations. Your goal is to take human interaction out of redundant processes ensuring scalability by designing robust business processes and building production-ready automations with no/low-code-tools.
Your responsibilities:- You develop and implement a comprehensive automation strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- You manage and leverage a spectrum of automation tools, including Make, Zapier, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, and programming languages like Python or JavaScript, to design, implement, and optimize automated solutions tailored to the organization's requirements and workflow needs.
- You analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies or areas that could benefit from automation. You combine your strong business understanding with your analytics and technical expertise to put them into action.
- You are responsible for monitoring automated processes, ensuring their proper functioning, troubleshooting issues, and performing maintenance tasks to optimize performance.
- You utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of automation processes, generating reports and insights to assess how automation impacts key performance indicators (KPIs).
- You stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in automation and continuously seek opportunities to improve existing automation processes.
- You work closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and successful implementation of automation initiatives.
- You critically question and improve the status quo; While delving into automation, you'll understand current operations, sparking ongoing innovative ideas for more efficient and effective processes.
- You have a Bachelor's or Master degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration coupled with 2+ years of experience in automation, process improvement, or related areas.
- You have a strong command of automation tools like Make, Zapier, or similar platforms, enabling you to build efficient automated solutions.
- You possess a background or understanding in programming languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.) or scripting to customize and fine-tune automated workflows.
- Your strong communication skills enable effective collaboration with diverse teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, to gather requirements, convey technical concepts, and address concerns.
- You have the ability to integrate and streamline diverse systems and applications using APIs or other integration methods to ensure seamless automation across the organization.
- You are a team player, valuing teamwork and supporting colleagues as a priority.
- You are willing to take responsibility for tasks and proactively drive them.
- Fluency in English, German is a plus. Other languages are a plus.
