As a Sales Executive, reporting to the commercial manager,  your primary responsibility is to close as many deals as possible to drive the country's content availability to the next level! You're going to have an amazing ride, securing partnerships across Montenegro, both along the coast and in the capital. The opportunity is extraordinary so having a high level of energy (GAS) will be essential!Having a solid partner base is a key factor in contributing to our long-term operational success. Your duties will also involve overseeing the partnership throughout the onboarding process and ensuring that all required data inputs are promptly available.

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:
  • Help build up a business by timely identifying new business prospects
  • Sign, sign and sign whatever a customer might order that can fit in our yellow bag!
  • Cultivate relationships with our restaurant partners, guiding them through onboarding, and securing long-term operational success by providing training on our systems and keeping them informed about updates. 
  • Meet monthly targets defined by the Manager
  • Act as a central figure, actively addressing obstacles and eliminating bottlenecks throughout the onboarding process to enhance speed. 
  • Guarantee that our portfolio of restaurants aligns with the highest Glovo service standards.
  • Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement. Be the main POC between Glovo different areas and the Partner.
YOU HAVE:
  • Montenegrin Mother language and professional English level is a must.
  • Excellent communicator and a great attitude in problem solving. Sales hunger is a must! You may never take a no for an answer
  • Readiness to take regular business trips in cities within Glovo market covering the entirety of the Montegro territory.
  • Have initiative, be proactive and autonomous - Glovo is also yours! Have good energy and like what you do, even on bad days.
  • Excel knowledge and Data Interpretation Skills
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Account Management and/or Business Consultancy preferably in FMCG, digital platforms or on-demand delivery industry
  • Data-driven profile with strong business acumen.
  • Proactive, organized and detail oriented.
Preferred:
  • Preferred: Experience on using Salesforce.
