Now, we are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Intern (f/m/d) - German speaking to join our team in Munich, Germany. We value ownership, communication and trust, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and creative candidate who can work with both the Marketing & BD teams on creative projects and innovative ideas.

Your mission:

• Work closely with our team in Munich to help shape and support our Business Development & Marketing strategies;
• Assist with researching industry trends to spark ideas for content creation;
• Contribute to the development of unique and engaging content for our blog and social media platforms;
• Help identify and coordinate participation in local DACH and international industry events;
• Support the creation of presentations, infographics, and promotional materials targeted to our audience;
• Assist with translating English content into German and adapting our content strategy for primarily the DACH market;
• Support CRM data management to help compile reports and insights that guide strategic decisions.

You would be perfect for this role if you have/are:

• Passion for hospitality and its digital transformation;
• Currently studying in the fields of Hospitality, Business, or Marketing;
• Understanding key marketing concepts like market analysis, consumer behaviour, and branding;
• Good communication skills and ability to share ideas with both tech-savvy and non-tech-savvy individuals;
• Capable of crafting and structuring engaging narratives in the form of customer success stories, and educative blog articles, with a knack for organising and presenting ideas clearly;
• Attention to detail in written communication and proficiency in syntax, grammar, and spelling;
• Skilled in Microsoft Word (Pages), Excel (Numbers), and PowerPoint (Keynote). Experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator or other design tools is a plus;
• Native German speaker with fluency in English. French is a plus;
• Keen to learn and eager to make a significant contribution during the internship.
