我们正在寻找一位积极进取的业务拓展专员,工作地点为上海,将支持公司在中国市场的业务扩展。该职位将直接向BD Director(CPG)汇报,加入推动Mintel业务发展的核心团队。该职位适合对销售充满热情、擅长客户关系管理并且乐于学习与成长的候选人。

主要职责:

  • 客户开发: 负责筛选、跟进潜在客户,识别有需求的企业,并协BD团队推进销售。
  • 电话拓展: 自信地通过电话开发新客户,建立与此前未联系企业的沟通渠道。
  • 线下拓展:积极搜索规划所负责行业展会信息,并线下搜集与拓展新客户信息。
  • 客户关系维护: 主动培养与现有潜在客户的关系,发掘决策者并促成进一步会议介绍。
  • 需求分析与匹配: 理解客户需求并提供相应的解决方案,推介公司销售报告等产品。
  • CRM管理: 有效使用CRM系统,分析销售数据并与市场团队协作,提升销售线索的质量和转化率。

    This is an exciting, Shanghai-based role focused on supporting sales and expanding our client base in China. This role reports directly to the BD Director for CPG. This individual will join a very successful team that serves as an integral part of Mintel's business and growth plans.  The role requires a hungry, motivated, and organized person who is eager to learn and have opportunities for career and knowledge growth within the business and wider industry. 

     

    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Screening. Identify the potential of incoming/outbound leads, and arrange meetings with those who are highly qualified/interested in Senior BDM in North
    • Nurturing. Proactively engage with on-hand prospects, identify key influencers or decision-makers, and pass to Senior BDM in North
    • Cold calling. Able to establish connections within an organization that Mintel does not have contact with in the past through cold calls comfortably and confidently
    • Needs matching. Understand the solutions and values Mintel provides to clients in different sectors, and the demands/requirements of a prospect through effective communications
    • Selling to customers Mintel’s single sales reports
    • CRM. Effectively utilize and analyze Mintel’s CRM system leverage Mintel’s internal resources and work closely with marketing to ensure the quality and conversion of leads are high
    • Marketing Sourcing and Support. Proactively sourcing target-oriented marketing events, summits, trade shows, conferences, and media channels, etc. To identify which ones we should attend and work with and plan it out for the year, discuss with Senior BDM and marketing team on to roll it out
