We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager with a solid network in the region to successfully develop our B2B Fintech business in LATAM.

The successful candidate will have strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, to establish meaningful relationships with C-level and company founders that lead to closing large strategic deals with their companies. 

The Business Development Manager will be fully responsible for prospecting leads, activating their network, and creating business connections. An in-house SDR will assist to ensure capability to make cold calls, prospect, build pipeline, and set meetings. Working together you can make sure you’re making the most of your time! 

You should come prepared with: 

  • Deep knowledge of Fintech or e-commerce industry with 8+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development roles 
  • Self-starter and strategic thinker who proactively seeks ways to improve and drive business to the next level. A fast learner that can understand and quickly adapt to market and industry trends easily
  • BA/BS degree is required
  • Business-level English, both oral and written. 
  • Have flexibility to travel domestically or internationally
