Business Development Representative- Wellpass
You will identify target customers and quickly collect key information to book meetings.
You will launch outbound prospecting campaigns (calls, email sequences, LinkedIn) to identify qualified leads and introduce Wellpass’ value proposition to prospects.
You will help convert MQL leads into SQL by qualifying relevant opportunities for the sales team.
You will help schedule meetings for the Corporate Sales team, whether by video or in person.
You thrive leveraging the CRM (Salesforce), to help drive key initiatives for our Corporate Sales team.
You will collaborate with the Marketing and Corporate Sales team to share insights and feedback from prospects, helping refine our strategy together to drive conversion.
You have at least 1-3 years of experience in an outbound prospecting environment.
You are a self-starter with a results oriented mindset and a passion for business development.
You embody a growth mindset and are a continuous learner.
You are adaptable and resilient, and are willing to fail (ideally, often and fast) in an effort to become better.
You are driven by challenges and solving complex problems.
You have strong communication and the ability to have difficult conversations for the greater good.
You have the proven ability to work both independently and as a part of a collaborative team.
You have a valid passport and are comfortable with potential travel to Europe.
You will earn an annual salary of $50,000 - $56,500 plus variable compensation.
You will enjoy a hybrid work environment in Denver, CO and understand that you will have an expectation to be in office at least 1-2 times a week.
