The Business Intelligence Analyst will lead reporting and automation projects for various business partners, including Product, Procurement, Production, and Planning. Reporting to the Manager, Business Intelligence and Automation, this role will work closely with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for reporting or automation, define requirements, and design and build solutions, managing all aspects of project delivery and governance.

  • Design, build and deploy dashboards and reports to communicate KPIs and metrics for all business areas; work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to build end-to-end automation solutions for digital and physical processes.
  • Support maintenance and development of critical data processes for our operations team’s daily tasks
  • Lead ad-hoc deep dives and analyses to understand organizational performance, identify gaps, and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Support developing project plans and project governance mechanisms to track project progress and ensure stakeholder engagement.
  • Support scoping conversations with stakeholders to uncover opportunities, assess value, and plan the delivery of reporting or automation projects.
  • Document and maintain business processes, workflows, and standard operation procedures to ensure clarity and consistency across teams
  • All other duties, as assigned 

Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in industries with a physical product (e.g. CPG)
  • Advanced SQL Querying
  • Advanced Google Sheets / Excel
  • Intermediate Python or JavaScript programming for automation a nice to have 
  • Experience using Tableau, PowerBI, or other visualization tools a nice to have
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end automation and reporting solutions 
  • Experience identifying business opportunities for automation
  • Strong communication and documentation skills and ability to explain complex topics to business stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Economics or Business preferred, or equivalent work experience
