What You'll Do:

The Business Intelligence and Data team isn't just crunching numbers – we're transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across every department, worldwide.  Join us and become a data superhero, empowering teams to achieve incredible things!

We're looking for a talented and passionate BI Developer to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that provide critical insights to our organization. You'll work closely with stakeholders across different departments to understand their data needs and translate them into effective reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that meet business requirements
  • Connect to various data resources, import data, and transform data for analytical use cases
  • Implement and maintain row level security on sensitive data and understand application security layer models for Power BI and leverage Microsoft Fabric to support Power BI dashboard and deployment
  • Develop DAX queries and calculations in Power BI reports
  • Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and provide data driven solutions
  • Optimize and improve existing BI systems and reports for performance and scalability
  • Document all reports, dashboards and data models in detail
  • Train and support business users in self-service BI
What You'll Need:
  • 3+ years experience with PowerBI
  • Expert proficiency in SQL
  • Familiarity with Snowflake

Nice to Have:

  • Domain analytical experience with Financial, Customer Success, or Human Resources data
  • Airflow, dbt cloud, FiveTran, Looker
  • Python
