Business Intelligence Engineer II
Our Opportunity:
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer II at our facility in Bellevue, Washington to independently extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
What You’ll Do:
- Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Contribute to the development of data analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Contribute to data governance initiatives by adhering to data quality standards and best practices.
- Document data processes, definitions, and methodologies to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Ensure the explainability of analytical models and results, enabling stakeholders to understand and trust the insights.
- Champion self-service analytics by developing user-friendly tools and resources.
- Train and empower business users to access and analyze data independently.
- Promote a data-driven culture by encouraging data exploration and informed decision-making across the organization.
- 10% domestic travel required.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field and 3 years of experience.
- Will also accept a Master’s degree and 1 year of experience.
- Experience must include 1 year in the following: experience in a data analysis role;
- SQL;
- Relational databases;
- Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Streamlit, and Plotly); and
- Statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- 10% domestic travel required.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Exempt salary team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
