What can you expect in this role: Teads in Melbourne, Australia is looking for an exceptional Business Manager to introduce Tead’s solutions to media agency partners, driving revenue growth through our products and services. Reporting to the Business Director, you will drive opportunities for growth in the region by expanding services across the holding companies and independents, whilst ensuring the delivery of superior client service and results. As such, understanding how both agencies and the platforms work is a must.

  • Expand Tead’s footprint with strategic agencies and brands
  • Proactively manage business opportunities pipeline to meet quarterly and annual objectives and KPIs
  • Navigate and build relationships across the complex structure (Trading, client leadership teams, data science, tech, CEOs) of the agencies, establishing foundational education of Tead’s solutions
  • Manage existing client relations and seek account growth opportunities once onboarded
  • Acquire and maintain a solid understanding of the value proposition of the platform, as well as the existing and future needs of new prospects and existing customers
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate updates to ensure reliable predictability in revenue forecasting
  • Partner with internal collaborators including, but not limited to, product/customer marketing, customer success, subject matter experts, technical solutions engineers, and the people/operations teams to ensure operational excellence

About You:

  • A fantastic track record of prospecting and delivering success
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in either adtech or online media
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape
  • University degree
  • Strong networking ability and proven connections at major advertising agencies
