We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of marketing or project management experience to join our Global Integrated Business Marketing team. This unique role combines operations, project management, and marketing. You will coordinate across all global integrated marketing campaigns and programs to establish our team’s internal center of excellence and support internal marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong drive for growth to have exposure to a wide range of marketing programs, develop essential marketing skills, and contribute to the growth of Pinterest. 

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with our Global Business Marketing Managers and cross-functional partners to operationalize our team’s internal processes, resources, best practices and learnings
  • Utilize expert project management skills to create and maintain our team’s “Center of Excellence.” Build best practices documents, learning repositories, and cross pollinate learnings to maximize our team’s marketing impact
  • Lead internal marketing efforts such as drafting our internal communications and newsletters; working with our translation team to scale the impact of our work globally; overseeing campaign asset trafficking; working with Global Marketing Managers and XFNs to capture, measure, and communicate post-campaign impact; and more
  • Oversee team finances including budget tracking, vendor management and invoice processing

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management or operations
  • Must be a self-starter with a strong bias towards action who is able to move projects along independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines 
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as impeccable attention to detail
  • Experience creating process efficiency and suggesting improvements for ways to work smarter
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple cross-functional teams, disciplines, and time zones
