Business Operations Associate

Reporting to the Director of GTM Operations, the Business Operations Associate will be responsible for designing, refining, and maintaining sales operations that will drive exponential revenue growth. You will partner with and build relationships across a wide variety of stakeholders, including Sales, Strategy, and IT, to define data-driven recommendations to enhance our sales processes and drive business growth.
The ideal location is SanFrancisco, but we are open to other locations.
The impact you will have:
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient processes and best practices for sales operations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness, and document processes
- Sales Support: Triage and service sales support requests; design new processes and tooling to improve sales workflow accuracy and speed
- Project Management: Lead and participate in sales operations projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes
- Salesforce Administration: Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security. Perform regular audits and system updates
What we look for:
- 5+ years of experience in a business operations or sales operations role, preferably in a SaaS technology company
- Proficient in Salesforce, including design, reporting and data management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across different departments
- Understanding of SaaS sales processes and GTM motion (e.g. CRM, opportunity management, annual planning)
- A team player with a service-oriented mindset and passion for designing scalable systems and operations
