About this role:
We are looking for a Business Operations Intern DACH with German (f/m/x) in Madrid or Warsaw to support our team in day-to-day business and marketing operations.
The team is part of the Commercial and Business Operations unit, engaging with stakeholders such as account managers, editorial, and product teams.
The role focuses on the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Poland regions, working with three different tribes and supporting a diverse range of platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day business operations activities.
- Support the coordination of marketing strategies (campaigns, newsletters, content, and social media).
- Help monitor and optimize the performance of campaigns & KPIs.
- Contribute to the production of regular commercial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide assistance to ensure smooth team operations and maintain high performance.
Your Profile:
- Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written.
- First experience or good understanding of affiliate marketing, sales operations, marketing, or agency roles.
- Bachelor's studies (ongoing or finished) in Business, Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with numbers, statistics, and charts, and with the ability to present results.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Bonus points: You are also fluent in Polish, both spoken and written.
