What we are looking for•    Talented (Sr) Business Operations Manager with solid experience in Sales program management, Sales Operations, and commercial initiatives management•    Highly focused on getting things done, finding a way when others only see challenges•    A team player who understands that collaboration is key to success•    Who is comfortably working in ambiguity•    Someone who knows devil is in the details, and also in the data

Key Responsibilities•    Business operations:o    improve existing Sales Operations rules and processes based on a wide and dynamic range of business requirementso    think big, and leverage systems (e.g. SFDC) and automation to improve efficiency and reduce operational workloado    use data-driven approach to raise business cases and provide suggestions to stakeholderso    get hands dirty and prepare to get things done without a perfect solution while still in the need to meet stakeholders requirementso    maintain knowledge bases and conduct training sessions to Sales team on policies, processes and system updates•    Program management:o    Own program goals, timelines and results by driving alignment and execution across departments and creating transparency of end-to-end tracking of business activitieso    Solve problems and maintain strong business acumen to meet timelines / deliverableso    Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of operations and programs

•    Others:o    Maintain a detailed understanding of Payoneer’s business, product, and China customers portfolios, as well as the payment ecosystem, business models, and key trends in the marketo    collaborate with Global RevOps team on global initiativeso    establish and maintain relationships with global and local teams and stakeholders

Qualifications•    6+ years of Business Operations / SalesOps / Program Management experience at a multinational corporation (preferably in Fintech or other high-tech firms)•    Demonstrated success and advancement•    Fluent English both written and verbal – must•    Strong business acumen and data sense•    Basic knowledge in SFDC, SQL, BI tools; advanced experience in these areas is plus•    Independent, self-starter with multi-cultural experience•    Strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver
