The Business Process Analyst for our PKG (Production Kit Guide) is responsible for managing all weekly tasks related to HF & GC PKGs, along with implementing and driving strategy to continually enhance the operation of these tools. They continuously develop and iterate this tool to improve accuracy and efficiency in daily PKG processing and reduce error rates. They are the primary liaison and action-taker with key stakeholders both upstream and downstream across the entire company to ensure weekly operational success and help drive strategic projects forward. They have a genuine interest in using data and information to solve real business challenges, very strong analytical abilities, and a keen interest to make a big impact on a fast-growing organization. Without the PKG working perfectly every single day, HelloFresh’s nation-wide box production would halt to a complete stop. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform weekly tasks: HF & GC 6WO Lock, relocking recipe names 2WO for HF and GC, running weekly data sanity checks between ISP, Market ISP, AOMC, and PKG, weekly reslotting for HF & GC, and 3WO lock for HF and GC - all while liaising with key operational, product, and culinary stakeholders on product changes and implementations. 
    • All of these tasks require a sharp and acute attention to detail, a high Google Sheets formula and data flow skill level and understanding, and a deep comprehension of our tool’s impact and how every type of change can affect all downstream stakeholders and the entire business. 
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance the PKG operation. 
  • Develop & improve WOLT & PKG for all new initiatives’ implementation. 
  • Own long-term projects & new initiatives (i.e., rebuilding automated PKG in Matilda & Streamlit platform) with critical company impact and broad leadership exposure.

Experience Required: 

  • 0-3 years’ experience delivering analytical solutions to complex problems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Planning, Data Science, Computer Science, Accounting, or another relevant field of study
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite applications (especially Google Sheets / Google Scripts). Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required. 
  • Ability to work with multiple database systems and provide intelligence-driven conclusions 
  • Experience with Tableau, SQL, a significant plus
  • Experience delivering actionable, data-driven insights.
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
