THE MISSION
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Process Architect to join our team. The Senior Business Process Architect will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our business processes to enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and achieve strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes across various Enterprise functions, along with proven expertise in process analysis, design, and optimization.
WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE:
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision: Lead the design and implementation of strategic business process initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.
- Governance and Metrics: Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process effectiveness and efficiency, establishing benchmarks and targets for continuous improvement.
- Business & Technology Domain: Deep functional expertise in business areas such as Marketing, GTM, Sales, Customer Success, Services, Finance, HR, Operations to shape a future state process architecture driven by efficient end-to-end processes. Key SaaS applications include Salesforce, Workday, Concur, Coupa, AWS, Zuora, Certina, Gainsight and Netsuite.
- Execution: Lead with a focus on agile development, speed, and scalability, delivering incremental capabilities and accelerating value realization through a robust process architecture. Work closely with solution delivery teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions, providing guidance and recommendations on system integrations and process automation.
- Data-Driven Insights: Identify opportunities to leverage data and insights for optimizing business processes and shaping the future of data-driven decision-making, supporting secure and efficient architecture.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders to align on broader organizational objectives, ensuring that the process architecture supports business goals and outcomes.
- Innovation and Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business process management, bringing innovative ideas and insights to the team and our clients. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
To excel in this role, you'll need to bring the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Experience : Minimum of 15 years of experience in business process management, business analysis, or related roles, with a track record of success in leading complex process improvement initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Creative Thinking: Exceptional ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo. Must possess a deep understanding of creative problem-solving techniques and design thinking methodology.
- Expertise: Proven expertise in process modeling techniques and tools, such as BPMN, Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies.
- Process Optimization: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify root causes of process inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions.Expertise in optimizing workflows and processes to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of tools and systems.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive consensus and change in a dynamic environment, and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically, align digital initiatives with business goals, and drive positive outcomes by developing a scalable process architecture.
- Systems Thinking: Proficiency in systems thinking to understand the interconnectedness of experience, processes, technology, and data within the context of modern architecture design.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Demonstrated capability to leverage data insights for informed decision-making and continuous improvement, with a particular focus on business process architecture decisions.
- Tools and Certifications: Experience working with enterprise software systems and business process management (BPM) tools is highly desirable. Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) are a plus.

The base pay range for this position is only one element of a candidate's total rewards package, which may also include bonuses/variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
