Joining Collibra's IT Enterprise Applications Team

The IT Enterprise Applications Team supports Collibra’s Salesforce ecosystem for cross-functional sales and business operations teams to resolve help requests and change requests for Salesforce and related systems integrations. This role will report into the Sr.Manager, GTM Systems.

The Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce at Collibra is responsible for:  
  • Leading and driving complex  transformational Salesforce projects.
  • Documenting functional and non-functional requirements, and design / development of technical solutions that meet the business needs
  • Performing design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation of Salesforce automations in a fast paced environment. 
  • Partnering with Sales and Business Operations teams to understand existing processes and challenges and recommending future improvements that align with business needs. 
  • Managing the intake of reported issues or enhancement requests, identifying technical root causes, and developing effective resolutions.
  • Overseeing change management procedures including synchronization and maintenance of test environments, testing, change approvals, and release management
You have:
  • 5+ years Salesforce experience in configuring Flows, Profiles, Permission Sets, Reports & Dashboards
  • Strong experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ 
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to set up and debug, Salesforce automations, and rule relationships
  • Experience driving Salesforce system enhancement efforts to completion by capturing and assessing user requirements with business partners and provide configuration, development and application support
  • Experience explaining complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to others who may have minimal technical knowledge using oral, written and visual presentations
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

  • Able to “see the big picture” across Salesforce architecture, systems, data, and roles and how that ties to goals and priorities of the business.  
  • Comfortable facilitating structured meetings, presenting options, driving decisions, and promoting change.  
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to communicate with internal and external customers and all levels of management, including communicating technical information to nontechnical audiences.
Measures of success are:
  • Within your first month, you will understand Collibra’s application portfolio, team structure and common stakeholder use cases and change requests.
  • Within your third month, you will partner with Collibra’s business stakeholders to collect requirements around architecting and building automations and integrations between Salesforce in collaboration with Manager, Business Systems.
  • Within your sixth month, you will have delivered and iterated on your design for Salesforce automation including requirements gathering, development, UAT, and post-go live support.
Compensation for this role

The standard base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $143,00 per year.  This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
