Perigold is seeking a dynamic Senior Analyst to join our Marketing team, responsible for customer, marketing, and product analytics. This role is pivotal in uncovering actionable insights from data to enhance customer experiences, optimize marketing  strategies, and identify growth opportunities for the business. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Brand Health Tracker and related metrics, maintaining relationships with third party providers responsible for collecting awareness data and insights. 
• Drives customer insights, including shopping behaviors both internally and externally (e.g. macro luxury trends) that we can use to improve the customer experience.
• Analyze customer behavior on the website, including funnel metrics, content engagement, and product preferences to understand & make recommendations for growth opportunities
• Owns identification, sizing and prioritization of customer issues, and communication of findings and recommendations effectively to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Partner with the category team to identify opportunities to grow supplier business.
• Investigate customer retention metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to drive repeat purchase behavior.
• Take ownership of ambiguous problems and proactively seek innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in consulting, marketing, analytics, or related roles, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Self-starter mentality with a passion for problem-solving and driving impact in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with customer sentiment analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL a plus.
