In this role, you will be a key contributor to our growing Ad Operations team. The Campaign Manager will take ownership of flawless online advertising campaign executions across a myriad of placements and platforms including display, mobile, and video. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, ability to examine critically, resourcefulness, a curious nature, and effective project management skills. Ability to break down and communicate complex technical, and operational information to non-subject matter experts is a big plus.

This role is to be based out of our New York, NY office (Union Square) on a hybrid basis with three days required in office each week (Tuesday-Thursday).

What You'll Do:

  • Manage direct and programmatic advertising campaigns for display and video, including creative QAing, trafficking, tag implementation, and monitoring pacing
  • Analyze campaign delivery data to strategically optimize performance for various KPIs (e.g., CTR, viewability, and brand safety) 
  • Work closely and proactively with cross-functional teams from sales, yield, and ad product to launch campaigns timely, meet client’s expectations, and ensure full delivery
  • Lead troubleshooting of ad serving issues and campaign delivery issues such as IVT, under-pacing, and reporting discrepancies by leveraging both third-party and in-house technologies
  • Be the Ad Ops voice in discussions for ad products, ad tech, vendor evaluation, and team processes
  • Identify operational workflow enhancements and opportunities; help instill best practices related to trafficking, campaign management, and monetization
  • Think strategically and drive solutions to solve potential roadblocks with strong project management skills in partnership with internal and external teams
  • Remain up to date with the ever-changing Ad Ops industry (e.g., privacy compliance)  and update or build new processes that support the industry's needs

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns for display and video 
  • Experience with ad servers, especially Google Ad Manager (DFP), and ad tech vendors including Clipcentric, MOAT, DV, and IAS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Office & Google Suite particularly Excel
  • Experience with QAing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for ad technical issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with large data sets
  • Experience with web page composition, Rich Media, Video Encoding and HTML5
  • Experience with leading projects with cross-functional teams
  • Must demonstrate strong communication, ownership, attention to detail, and deadline management skills

Compensation

  • Cash Compensation Range: $87,500 - $115,000
    • Note: actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
