Campaign Manager (Italian Speaker)
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Campaign Manager you will run traditional based email campaigns – which includes the planning, setup, testing and scheduling together with our Mapp Cloud clients and based on content and creatives provided by these clients. It is an interface role between technical tasks, client-facing project management and consulting. Although the main role is the day to day running of email campaigns, there is opportunity to be involved in Media campaigns and onsite personalization campaigns. You will be part of a dynamic team which is learning and developing as our exciting industry continues to evolve at an ever-quicker pace.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, setting up and delivering campaigns for traditional email marketing clients and media based on content provided by the clients
- Preparing email messages in Mapp Engage for broadcast, including usage of CMS (content management system) and coding with HTML and CSS
- Briefing email or SMS campaigns to internal and external resources (agencies) where required
- Ensure campaign requests are accurately and efficiently fulfilled within agreed timescales and demonstrate excellent internal and external communication through the campaign process
- Deliver timely performance reports to clients
- Ongoing advice for clients on email marketing, and campaign best practice
- Take part in quarterly meetings with Account Managers and clients for optimization and improvement of service.
- Supporting campaign presales requests and effort estimation for new clients/ prospects
- Continuously share knowledge, ideas and best practices as part of the CM team
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Graduate from university or equivalent education with temporary job experience (intern or working student) or job experience >2 years in similar field
- Profound HTML and CSS skills and strong knowledge and interest in common web technologies
- Previous knowledge in email campaign management required; ideal but not required Media buying experience (CPM, CPL, CPC, CPO, etc.)
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop preferred
- Well-organized, feels comfortable using technical tools
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Ability to multitask and proactively manage internal and external priorities
- Reliable, team-player and feels comfortable in a client facing role
- Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines, able to learn and react fast, problem solving & process oriented
