The Campaign Manager within the AMS Sales Development Organization plays a crucial role in facilitating communication between Sales Development Leadership and stakeholders involved in identifying, planning, executing, and analyzing Go-To-Market (GTM) Campaigns. This includes actively contributing to the creation of GTM Campaign Calendars and collaborating closely with field leadership, sales operations, the demand generation team, and marketing. By fostering collaboration with these key teams, the Campaign Manager ensures the development of comprehensive campaigns that empower the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to execute effectively.

What you will be doing: 

  • Craft a dynamic and forward-looking rolling 12-month GTM campaign calendar for the AMS SDR organization, ensuring a strategic and organized approach to campaign planning.
  • Engage in proactive collaboration with field leadership, sales operations, demand generation, and marketing to co-create impactful campaigns tailored for seamless execution by the SDR team.
  • Conduct a meticulous inspection of leads generated from marketing efforts, identifying and prioritizing those with the highest campaign viability for optimized results.
  • Establish clear goals for campaigns and leverage analytical insights to assess and enhance their overall effectiveness, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with SDR "Tech Leads" to monitor and track progress throughout campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Showcase your analytical prowess by formally presenting campaign results to executive leaders post-mortem, providing valuable insights and contributing to data-driven decision-making.

Skills Required:

  • Strategic Planning: Proven ability to develop a rolling 12-month GTM campaign calendar, demonstrating strategic foresight and organizational skills.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills with the capability to work effectively with field leadership, sales operations, demand generation, and marketing teams to build cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Lead Inspection: Experience in evaluating leads from marketing efforts to identify campaign viability, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in setting clear campaign goals, analyzing results, and leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Effective project management skills, especially in tracking progress throughout campaigns and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to formally present campaign results to executive leaders post-mortem, conveying insights and recommendations clearly.
  • Innovative Thinking: Ability to think innovatively and contribute to the development of campaigns that resonate with the SDR team and achieve desired outcomes.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications or additional coursework in strategic planning, campaign management, or related areas would be advantageous.
  • You will be based in Santa Clara, California. As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.

The annual base salary range is: $88,900.00– $133,700.00. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
