About the job

Twilio.org is looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to develop and drive integrated campaigns that support Twilio.org’s lead generation efforts to fuel our inbound sales pipeline. This person will help design, execute, monitor and improve our integrated marketing approach for our personas across all segments.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Develop strategic integrated acquisition campaigns to drive demand generation for products and personas across marketing channels including email marketing, paid advertisements, organic social, webinars, direct mail, and outbound sales campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure leads are entering the appropriate tools and systems for nurturing and Sales follow-up
  • Lead content marketing development projects (Reports, Blogs, White Papers, Infographics, etc.)
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns including Paid Social, Display, Search, Organic, Search, Website Optimization, etc.
  • Experience partnering closely with internal creative teams and/or agency partners 
  • Gather qualitative feedback from Sales on prospect intent and lead quality to share with the Marketing team for further optimization
  • Quarterback and contribute to regular campaign planning sessions.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure campaign asset launches are met.
  • Communicate campaign strategy and plans with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze results and impact of campaigns and surface insights to optimize performance.

Required:

  • You have at least 5+ years of experience in marketing for B2B companies
  • Experience running integrated marketing campaigns and strong understanding of digital marketing funnel and lead management.
  • Proficient in leading content marketing development projects (Reports, Blogs, White Papers, Infographics, etc.)
  • Experience working with sales to drive revenue, pipeline, and account engagement.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using automation and analytics platforms including Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Analytics.
  • Desire to work in a fast-moving rocket ship, own and design programs, and make a meaningful impact to the success of the business.

Desired:

  • Industry experience in CPaaS, CCaaS, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), or cloud communications strongly preferred.
  • Experience within the Social Impact and non-profit space is preferred.
Location 
  • This role will be remote, and based in the USA.
  • Approximately 5% travel is anticipated.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in Colorado: $82,080.00 - $102,600.00.
  • Based in New York, Washington State or California (outside the San Francisco Bay Area): $86,880.00 - $108,600.00.
  • This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
