The role is located in our Wroclaw office.WHAT YOU WILL DO …As a Carrier Growth Manager, you’ll work on interesting tasks like building out the long-term strategy around capacity planning, organization, and handling of transport as well as negotiations with carriers and expanding our carrier network, in order to meet the needs of our customers and offer the best quality on the market. You’ll be collaborating closely with sales, account operations, central operations, and other teams to develop the product with lasting value, improve your sales abilities and learn about how we're changing the logistics industry. - Expand our network by searching and on-boarding new carrier partners
- Manage a portfolio of our logistics partners and help to build long term relationships
- Supervise our daily transports across Europe and handle the arising enquiries
- Negotiate the best prices with our carrier partners - procurement
- Help define processes to increase efficiency and profitability of our business
- Conduct face to face meetings with carriers
- Tailor sennder's business needs to carriers' capacity potential and capabilities to grow
- Proven experience in freight forwarding operations (min 6 months), ideally with a focus on FTL
- You have good knowledge of industry dynamics and prices
- Agility, strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under stress
- Know-how in convincingly addressing your audience and always hitting the right tone
- Ability to work independently and good time-management skills
- Proficiency Polish and English (both required at min. B2 level)
- Readiness to meet business partners face to face and ability to build long-lasting business relationships
- Valid Polish driving license (Cat. B) will be a plus
