We are a growing team looking for a Carrier Operations Coordinator in the Carrier Coverage department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Amsterdam office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO …

As a Carrier Operations Coordinator, you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like managing transportation processes and supporting our carriers with their operations . You’ll be collaborating closely with Account Managers in order to meet the needs of our customers and offer the best quality on the market. In this role, you will …

• Take ownership of the timely and efficient execution of our transportation processes, overseeing the end-to-end A-Z load to offload activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for pre-pickup activities and in-transit escalations.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and streamline load activities, ensuring smooth operations.
• Proactively monitor and manage logistics key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time delivery, transit times, and resolution of delivery exceptions.
• Conduct thorough investigations into the root causes of delivery failures and implement corrective measures to enhance delivery performance continually.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external logistic partners, playing a pivotal role in managing operational processes.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to provide seamless support and exceptional service, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
