Carrier Performance Logistics Lead

We are looking for a Logistics Lead with a track record of successful final mile carrier management and/or experience within a carrier to drive our 3PL relationships, improving performance and customer experience. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage relationships with our final mile 3PL’s with a focus on improving performance and overall customer experience 
  • Work on initiatives to drive down systemic delivery errors in conjunction with our key suppliers and internal teams, with a strong focus on using data to drive actions
  • Work cross functionally, representing the Logistics department whilst also supporting wider business initiatives that improve customer experience and retention
  • Independently analyse multiple sources of data to find root causes, validate assumptions, provide clear recommendations for improvement and monitor execution.
  • Mitigate delivery risks (eg snow) to ensure minimal disruption to service 
  • Identify and analyse trends in complex data sets

Who You Are:

  • You are data driven with exceptional ability to understand complex problems and translate into achievable action plans
  • You have demonstrable experience working with or within a B2C carrier
  • Advanced experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • You are a confident decision-maker 
  • You are a team player and always willing to go the extra mile for our customers
  • Experience working with perishable products is desirable
  • Experience with relationship management either with internal stakeholders or external suppliers
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data visualisation software is desirable 
  • Knowledge of SQL is desirable

Location: The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London. We will also consider candidates from the Midlands. 

Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday shift pattern, 40 hours per week. Hybrid working - 50/50 remote working
